The Home Maintenance Plan That Puts Your Home First

Your home is the biggest investment you will ever make. It deserves a comfort partner that treats it that way. The All-Temp Preferred Partner Plan brings HVAC maintenance plans in Staunton, VA together with plumbing and electrical care under one simple membership.

Some companies call this an HVAC service agreement. We built ours as a home maintenance membership that covers the three systems your home depends on most. Certified All-Temp technicians keep everything running right and reward your loyalty with real savings.

Membership starts at $16.25 per month, or $195 per year, per HVAC system.

What Your Preferred Partner Plan Includes

One plan covers the systems that keep your home safe and comfortable. Here is what every member receives:

  • Two HVAC inspections per year, so your heating and cooling run smoothly through every season.
  • One plumbing inspection per year to catch leaks, pressure problems, and wear before they spread.
  • One electrical safety and reliability inspection per year, which checks your panel, wiring, and safety devices before problems start.
  • 15% off all service work, which helps you save on repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Priority scheduling, so members move to the front of the line for service calls.
  • Discounted or waived HVAC diagnostic fees, which cut down on unexpected costs.
  • Maintenance history tracking, so we keep a detailed record of every service your systems receive.
  • A transferable membership, so the plan stays with your home and passes to the new owner if you sell.
  • Inflation-proof pricing, so your rate stays the same even when prices rise.
  • $100 annual loyalty credit toward future HVAC system replacement (up to $500)

What Your HVAC Maintenance Plan Covers

Your heating and cooling maintenance plan includes two full inspections a year, timed for the heating season and the cooling season. Each visit is hands-on, not a quick glance.

During every HVAC inspection, our technicians:

  • Check electrical components such as motors, relays, and controls.
  • Test safety devices for proper operation.
  • Flush the condensate lines.
  • Inspect indoor air quality products, including filters, humidifiers, and UV lights.
  • Check thermostat operation and refrigerant levels.
  • Inspect the indoor and outdoor coils.
  • Inspect the heat exchanger or auxiliary heat strips.
  • On gas systems, check gas pressures, inspect gas lines and venting, and test for carbon monoxide.

This is the same level of care our team brings to homes across Staunton and the wider Valley.

What Your Plumbing Maintenance Plan Covers

Plumbing problems stay hidden until they flood a floor or spike a water bill. Your yearly plumbing inspection finds the small issues first, so you can fix them on your terms.

Each plumbing maintenance visit includes:

  • Tagging your valves so you know exactly which one to shut off in an emergency.
  • Inspecting the main water pressure valve for proper operation.
  • Dye testing toilets to find silent leaks.
  • Inspecting faucets at tubs, showers, and sinks.
  • Inspecting the garbage disposal.
  • Inspecting the water heater, including gas and draft safety.
  • Inspecting washing machine and visible dishwasher hoses and connections.
  • Inspecting the sump pump, where one is present.
  • Testing water quality and running an electronic gas leak inspection.

What Your Electrical Safety Inspection Covers

Electrical safety inspections protect against the hazards you cannot see, from a corroded panel to a failed smoke detector. Your plan includes one full inspection a year.

During each electrical safety and reliability check, our technicians:

  • Inspect the main electrical panel for corrosion or signs of burning.
  • Inspect breakers and fuses for safety and function.
  • Test incoming utility line voltage and inspect the utility service cables.
  • Check the panel for proper grounding and bonding.
  • Test all smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
  • Inspect and test the GFCI outlets in your kitchen, bathrooms, and garage.
  • Check indoor and outdoor lighting, switches, and receptacles.
  • Inspect all service disconnects for indoor and outdoor equipment.

Maintenance Protects Your Biggest Investment

Heating, cooling, and plumbing systems use the most energy in most homes. More than a third of the energy used in the United States goes toward heating and cooling buildings. A yearly inspection keeps that energy working for you instead of going to waste.

Small problems grow into expensive ones when no one is looking. Here is what regular maintenance prevents:

  • A dirty evaporator coil, condenser coil, or blower wheel can raise electrical use by 50% or more.
  • Dust builds up on the blower inside the air handler. As it gathers on the blades and motor, friction wears the parts down and weakens airflow.
  • A refrigerant undercharge of just 10% can raise operating costs by almost 20%.
  • Many home comfort system failures trace back to skipped maintenance. This holds true for heat pumps, drain lines, water heaters, and fossil fuel furnaces alike.
  • Up to 80% of air conditioning compressor failures could be avoided if the underlying problem were fixed in time.
  • A lack of cleaning is a leading cause of outages across heat pumps, furnaces, and other HVAC systems.
  • Tagging the valves in your home can save money and help prevent plumbing disasters, because you know exactly which valve to shut off.
  • A full inspection also checks your ducts. Leaky ducts let heated and cooled air escape before it reaches your living spaces, which hurts comfort and efficiency.
