All-Temp Heating & Cooling LLC is currently hiring for an HVAC Technician Supervisor to oversee our HVAC technicians and ensure our services are done in an appropriate and timely manner in the Staunton, VA area. This supervisor position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 – $80,000 per year.

DAY-TO-DAY
As an HVAC Technician Supervisor, you provide all the necessary assistance that allows us to work in an efficient and timely manner. Leading by example, you inspire your team to take pride in their work and produce quality results that leave our clients satisfied. As needed, you provide training for our HVAC installers to ensure they are happy and have the skills they need to succeed. You also correctly stage equipment and jobs, verify that equipment has been installed correctly, audit part forms, and provide feedback to the service manager. You enjoy helping your team and seeing the happiness of our customers!

Key Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean record
- Ability to pass a drug test upon hire
