Job Responsibilities
This entry-level apprenticeship typically works a stable, full-time schedule. Flexibility to arrive early and stay late as needed is required.
In this entry-level apprenticeship, you are eager to learn! As you go out in the field to assist our experienced HVAC technicians, you learn how to efficiently service, perform maintenance, and install residential HVAC systems. You also receive mentoring and training on how to effectively communicate with customers. Some of your responsibilities include helping keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized. You’re a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you’re being taught. You love being part of a cohesive team and can’t wait to advance in this stable and well-paid career!
Key Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Physical ability to perform the necessary functions of the job, including the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and a drug screening upon hire
