    Everyone I spoke to at All-Temp was very pleasant and professional and helpful. Jason arrived promptly and explained the issues he found with my system clearly, and helped me make a further appointment to appraise and quote further work needed. My one suggestion is that I'd REALLY appreciate some written instructions on how to operate the fancy space heaters!And now, what we all hope really is the last day on the project. There were some issues with the equipment that resulted in three separate callbacks. In each case, the problem was identified, the parts were promptly ordered and delivered, and the issues were resolved. The longest I had to wait was one week and two days--from my call to say "there's a problem, folks," to a technician coming out, diagnosing the problem, ordering the replacement compressor, and installing it.I would not hesitate to recommend All-Temp Heating and Cooling to anybody.     They came out to replace a thermostat that was under warranty, however when I woke up this morning it was 59 in my house and it took me a long time trying different things to get the system to even come on. When I finally got it on, after a reboot, it did not warm the entire house to the temperature set. The upstairs is still registering 63 UPDATE: They came out the following afternoon and reprogrammed the thermostat to recognize the sensors upstairs, but then they found that a damper motor was broken and stuck in the closed position. Our two year old system is still not operating at 100% as we wait for the part to come in.UPDATE: It seems our system has a few bugs to work out and All Temp has been very responsive and professional in getting our system back on track. Every technician that has serviced our system has been professional. We really appreciate the owner of the company taking an interest in our problems and working with us to secure a solution. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a company that cares about their customers as well as the knowledge required to keep systems operating at peak performance.
