    Last year, 2016, we had Matt price out a Mitsubishi split unit heat pump for our four season porch and lower level area. The installation was done on time the area was clean when finished. This year, our main A/C unit froze up, it was a refrigerant leak. We called All-Temp around noon to have it recharged, and to have a price to replace the whole system. Their service technician was over that afternoon, and Forrest came the next day to give us an estimate. The install was done and when they were finished, the area was clean and neat. This week we had them put a wireless thermostat on the porch Mitsubishi unit. We would highly recommend them very for any HVAC work.

  • Replace 18 year old furnace

    Called All-Temp when my furnace quit working. They came quickly and assessed the problem which was a cracked heat ex-changer. Before they left the house a new replacement furnace was ordered and a scheduled date for installation. Only took them 3 days to secure the new furnace and completely install the unit. In the process there were 5 of their employees involved in the installation. They were all very professional and very efficient and made sure we understood what they were saying. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Today was another positive example with Austin. He showed up on time and all was taken care of competently and in a professional, yet friendly manner.On October 15, 2020 Michael arrived on time as promised to perform the fall maintenance on our HVAC system. It is always a pleasure to have Michael taking care of things - he is professional, knowledgeable and very competent. We are also pleased overall with the quality of service from All Temp Heating and Cooling.On December 3, 2020 Michael again arrived as scheduled to replace a needed part for the heating system. We know our HVAC is in good hands when Michael is on the case. Bridget in the office has been a mainstay for getting things done. Whenever we have a question or need some service, she is pleasant and takes care of it in a timely fashion. we continue to be delighted with the service we receive from All-Temp.On Dec. 9, 2020 Austin Ritter made the necessary diagnosis and provided the needed correction to the downstairs HVAC unit. Everyone I spoke to at All-Temp was very pleasant and professional and helpful. Jason arrived promptly and explained the issues he found with my system clearly, and helped me make a further appointment to appraise and quote further work needed. I'm looking forward to figuring out "what I'm doing" and getting my heating issues solved and resolved!1st day on the project, all seems to be going well. My one suggestion is that I'd REALLY appreciate some written instructions on how to operate the fancy space heaters!And now, what we all hope really is the last day on the project. There were some issues with the equipment that resulted in three separate callbacks. In each case, the problem was identified, the parts were promptly ordered and delivered, and the issues were resolved. The longest I had to wait was one week and two days--from my call to say "there's a problem, folks," to a technician coming out, diagnosing the problem, ordering the replacement compressor, and installing it.I would not hesitate to recommend All-Temp Heating and Cooling to anybody. This is the kind of service you wish you could get everywhere, from the folks who answer the office phones to the technicians on the job. They are fantastic. Thank you!

They came out to replace a thermostat that was under warranty, however when I woke up this morning it was 59 in my house and it took me a long time trying different things to get the system to even come on. When I finally got it on, after a reboot, it did not warm the entire house to the temperature set. The upstairs is still registering 63 UPDATE: They came out the following afternoon and reprogrammed the thermostat to recognize the sensors upstairs, but then they found that a damper motor was broken and stuck in the closed position. Our two year old system is still not operating at 100% as we wait for the part to come in.UPDATE: It seems our system has a few bugs to work out and All Temp has been very responsive and professional in getting our system back on track. Every technician that has serviced our system has been professional. We really appreciate the owner of the company taking an interest in our problems and working with us to secure a solution. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a company that cares about their customers as well as the knowledge required to keep systems operating at peak performance.
