    This is my first call for service to All temp HC company and was very impressed with friendliness and professionalism of workers. First I spoke with Brandy who answer on every question I had with deep knowledge, patience and kindly. Since that conversation I already knew I call right place. After that, I met Dylan Dickenson (technitian ) who did diagnostic analysis of whole existing system. Was again, very professional, thorough , patient and also kind and friendly. Explain to us all issues HVAC has and gave us options we do have and explained all we needed to know to make a right and reasonable decision. There is a job ahead for us, but what we already experienced with Dylan, Brandy tells us a lot about this Company, its employees and great services they provide.     Everyone I spoke to at All-Temp was very pleasant and professional and helpful. Jason arrived promptly and explained the issues he found with my system clearly, and helped me make a further appointment to appraise and quote further work needed. I'm looking forward to figuring out "what I'm doing" and getting my heating issues solved and resolved!1st day on the project, all seems to be going well. My one suggestion is that I'd REALLY appreciate some written instructions on how to operate the fancy space heaters!And now, what we all hope really is the last day on the project. There were some issues with the equipment that resulted in three separate callbacks. In each case, the problem was identified, the parts were promptly ordered and delivered, and the issues were resolved. The longest I had to wait was one week and two days--from my call to say "there's a problem, folks," to a technician coming out, diagnosing the problem, ordering the replacement compressor, and installing it.I would not hesitate to recommend All-Temp Heating and Cooling to anybody. This is the kind of service you wish you could get everywhere, from the folks who answer the office phones to the technicians on the job. They are fantastic. Thank you!

He explained everything that I needed to know about my maintenance check. Recommendations were made but I never felt pressured to commit.     They came out to replace a thermostat that was under warranty, however when I woke up this morning it was 59 in my house and it took me a long time trying different things to get the system to even come on. When I finally got it on, after a reboot, it did not warm the entire house to the temperature set. The upstairs is still registering 63 UPDATE: They came out the following afternoon and reprogrammed the thermostat to recognize the sensors upstairs, but then they found that a damper motor was broken and stuck in the closed position. Our two year old system is still not operating at 100% as we wait for the part to come in.UPDATE: It seems our system has a few bugs to work out and All Temp has been very responsive and professional in getting our system back on track. Every technician that has serviced our system has been professional. We really appreciate the owner of the company taking an interest in our problems and working with us to secure a solution. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a company that cares about their customers as well as the knowledge required to keep systems operating at peak performance.

    We just finished having 2 gentlemen install larger duct work in a multi purpose room. At the same time we had a new air conditioner/ heat pump installed too.     6/9/23 Review - Sam Dawson Service Tech just completed a spring checkup on my heating/cooling system. I was very impressed how thorough he was. Clean cut former marine that is very professional. Thank youOne of their techs (Chris)came to my house today for a 6 month checkup. I was totally impressed how through Chris was on cleaning and checking my system. Really like his work. Would have given 5 stars if they had installed a more premium furnace filters.Update: Had All Temp upgrade my heat pump to a Trane XV20i. It is 100% improvement over previous system.     I needed a new AC/Heating system. This was based on Chris' findings when he came for my yearly maintenance. Chris explained what was happening and showed me a picture. He was thorough with explanation. Forest came to review the issues and provide a quote. He provided options and was very thorough also with what was going on and why I needed both AC and furnace. The installation was completed by Thomas and Wyatt. They worked hard from arrival to departure for two days. The system needed new duct work in the basement. I am so impressed with how Thomas and Wyatt worked. Their clean up each day was very impressive. Thank you All Temp for taking care of all of this and making it happen in a quick turnaround time.March 2022 - Maintenance on the heating system was completed. I wasn't used to the new Ecobee thermostat. There seemed to be a couple of small issues with it and Dylan came and went through everything thoroughly. He was detailed and explained what he was doing. One more small issue arose last week and Chris came out. He was detailed and everything is working fine. All Temp employees are knowledgeable. They worked me into their schedule and that was greatly appreciated. Brandy is the one in the office who makes the schedule happen and she follows up to assure all is well. Thanks to everyone.April 2023All Temp tech Chris completed annual maintenance on my AC system. He is very thorough and explained everything in detail.
