    6/9/23 Review - Sam Dawson Service Tech just completed a spring checkup on my heating/cooling system. I was very impressed how thorough he was. Clean cut former marine that is very professional.     I needed a new AC/Heating system. This was based on Chris' findings when he came for my yearly maintenance. Chris explained what was happening and showed me a picture. He was thorough with explanation. Forest came to review the issues and provide a quote. He provided options and was very thorough also with what was going on and why I needed both AC and furnace. The installation was completed by Thomas and Wyatt. They worked hard from arrival to departure for two days. The system needed new duct work in the basement. I am so impressed with how Thomas and Wyatt worked. Their clean up each day was very impressive. Thank you All Temp for taking care of all of this and making it happen in a quick turnaround time.March 2022 - Maintenance on the heating system was completed. I wasn't used to the new Ecobee thermostat. There seemed to be a couple of small issues with it and Dylan came and went through everything thoroughly. He was detailed and explained what he was doing. One more small issue arose last week and Chris came out. He was detailed and everything is working fine. All Temp employees are knowledgeable. They worked me into their schedule and that was greatly appreciated. Brandy is the one in the office who makes the schedule happen and she follows up to assure all is well. Thanks to everyone.April 2023All Temp tech Chris completed annual maintenance on my AC system. He is very thorough and explained everything in detail.
